This page allows our customers to check our up-to-date network status. Any emergency issues will be posted here as soon as we find out about it. If you should encounter a problem with any of our services, the first thing you need to do is to check this page. If it turns out that there are no known issues, you may go ahead with the next step, which is either having a live chat with one of our technical support or submitting a ticket regarding the issue you are having.

2009-01-08 00:25:20 PST Problem:
We have a maintenance process on server Net1. Our admin are working on this now. You will be experiencing a problem if you have Net1 as web server. Please be patient while we are working to correct this issue, so we can test it out.

Affected Servers:
net1.worldplanethosting.com

Affected Services:
HTTP, HTTPS, and FTP.

How to check if you are Affected:
To check if you are effected or not, go to "FTP/User account" menu on Control Panel and look at Host Name parameter. If you are not under Net1 server, then you should not be having such problem.

Estimation Recovery Time:
Your service will be unavailable for approximately 02 hours (starting from 11:30 PM PST), during our system recovery process.

2009-01-07 21:30:44 PST Problem:
We are going to upgrade our CPDB postgresql (Control Panel Database) server (Old Cluster) on Thursday, January 8, 2009 at 9:00pm PST. The agenda for this upgrade will consist of upgrading Bug fixes and security system. Please be advised that during this upgrading process you will not be able to log into your H-Sphere account control panel.

Control Panel Server on Old Cluster accounts

Control Panel service will be unavailable for approximately 15 - 30 minutes (starting from 09:00 PM PST), during our system recovery process.

2009-01-07 01:36:28 PST Problem:
We are performing an upgrade on our sql400.worldispnetwork.com (MS SQL Database) server. We are going to upgrade our Microsoft SQL Server in sql400.worldispnetwork.com to MsSql2005 Express, at 10PM PST, January 8th, 2009. The upgrading process will be done in approximately 2 hours, during which time the server will be still available for service.

MSSQL

How to check if you are Affected:
Go to "MSSQL Dbs" menu on Control Panel and look at Host Name parameter.
